We know this is a really tough time for everybody. We’ve been balancing the wellbeing of our employees and our customers alike. And we know there are some realities that there still needs to be a way to get some tasks off your list in the safest way as possible.

Our offices are now closed to customers but our Autopac brokers are still able to get the job done for you remotely via phone or email for the following transactions:

• New registration and policy application

• Renewal of a driver’s licence

• Reapplication of a lapsed driver’s licence

• Manual reassessment of an active or lapsed driver’s licence

• Driver’s licence replacement

• Basic ID card replacement (no information changes)

• Vehicle insurance coverage renewal, reassessment, reactivation, reapplication

• Transfer

• Plate/sticker/registration certificate replacement

• Payment

To get started, please complete the COVID-19 Authorization Form indicating the type of transaction you need to complete and authorizing us to complete it on your behalf.  Forward your completed form to our teams directly. If you prefer, we can get this done for you over the phone as well. We can complete the request on your behalf after some verification of you being…. well, you.
