In person, on the phone, email, chat… we’re here to do business the way that makes sense for you right now.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be top of mind and we’ve been actively monitoring updates from the Canada Public Health, WHO, and provincial government to help us manage through this rapidly evolving situation. The health, safety and well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time by limiting face-to-face interactions and doing business in an online environment.

Our offices are open for in person service, while observing distancing and wearing masks.  As always, we are also able to help you without having to come to our offices for your home and business insurance.  And most MPI Autopac transactions can be completeremotely as well. Keep in mind we are still able to do all transactions without you needing to take a trip to the office. See below for details.

Our team is here ready to help in person with all measures in place to ensure the health of all of us. When visiting our locations, please respect the following to ensure physical distancing and health precautions.:

  • Masks are required at all locations. If you do not have a mask with you, one will be provided.
  • Be mindful as you enter and exit our location, allowing for proper distancing from other customers
  • When you enter our locations, you will see floor stickers that indicate availability for service. If there is not a spot available for you, please wait outside until a customer exits
  • Please use hand sanitizer prior to interacting with out employees; they will make the same promise back to you
  • Please do not enter our location if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. For most transactions, we can help you remotely by phone, email, or tools on our website.

Claims

Make a claim

Most MPI transactions can be done through email or phone.  Personal and business lines clients will be served online as those brokers are working from home.   Most transactions can be done in an online environment.
